Troubleshooting
Factory Reset
- Turn off power to the printer
- Open the side door
- Hold the Continue and Cancel buttons on the front panel, then turn on the power switch
- Keep holding the front panel buttons until the error light extinguishes
- Close the side door
- Log into the EWS and reset the configuration
